Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RightWorks Richfield Tree Services. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

We provide tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and other tree care solutions in Richfield, MN and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we provide.

Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health assessments, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming.

All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the work is unsafe or outside our scope of expertise.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for our services. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional work is needed or if conditions differ from what was originally assessed.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once you schedule a service, we'll do our best to arrive during the agreed time window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergencies may require us to reschedule. We'll notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your property and the work needed
• Ensuring we have clear access to the work area
• Removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items from the work area
• Notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden obstacles
• Obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals
• Securing pets during our work

Safety and Liability

Your safety and ours is our top priority. We maintain proper insurance coverage and follow industry safety standards. Our team is trained and certified to perform tree care services safely.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that you did not disclose to us. We are also not responsible for damage to your property caused by acts of nature or pre-existing conditions we were not informed about.

While we take great care to protect your property, some minor damage to lawns or landscaping may occur due to heavy equipment. We'll make reasonable efforts to minimize this impact.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 7 days of completion. We'll work with you to resolve any concerns.

We do not guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or trimming, as this depends on many factors beyond our control. We also cannot guarantee that trees we assess as healthy will not fail in the future.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
